Terms and Conditions between GOM CON and Exhibitors:  

1. Agreement Overview:

• These terms and conditions govern the relationship between GOM CON, hereafter referred to as "The Convention," and artists, vendors or exhibitors participating in The Geek Out events, hereafter referred to as "The Exhibitor."

2. Participation Requirements:

• Exhibitors must submit a completed application and be approved by the Convention prior to participation in any event.
• The Convention reserves the right to reject or remove any Exhibitor whose products or conduct are deemed inappropriate or contrary to the spirit of the event.

3. Copy Right Infringement 

• The Geek Out assumes no liability for any copyright infringement claims brought against Exhibitors for the sale or display of merchandise at the event.
• Exhibitors are solely responsible for ensuring that their merchandise does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, including but not limited to copyrighted characters, logos, or artwork.
• The Convention reserves the right to remove any infringing merchandise from the event premises without prior notice or liability.
• Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Geek Out from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from or related to copyright infringement associated with their participation in the event.

4.  Deadlines:

• Exhibitors must submit all necessary fees, deposits, or funds according to the payment schedule laid out on our page www.eventeny.com/company/thegeekout242 in order to secure their participation in GOM CON.
• Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the forfeiture of booth space and cancellation of participation without refund.
• Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in resubmission of applications, higher prices, and late fees.

5. Booth Setup and Presentation:

• Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and maintaining their booth space in accordance with the Event Host's guidelines and instructions.
• Spandex tablecloths are mandatory for all booth tables. The convention provides black table cloths only. The Exhibitor must provide an alternative spandex table cloth color if black is not preferred.

6. Conduct and Behavior:

• Exhibitors must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and adhere to the event's code of conduct which can be found at the below link:.

• Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior towards attendees, staff, or other participants will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

7. Liability and Insurance:

• Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their own liability insurance to cover any possible damage, loss, or injury incurred during the event.
• The Convention is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property or merchandise belonging to Exhibitors.

9. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

• Exhibitors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to the sale and display of merchandise at the event.
• Any violations of Bahamian law may result in immediate removal from the event premises. If you are an international Exhibitor, please be sure to refer to our "International Exhibitor Packet" to find out how you can legally bring items for sale in The Bahamas. 10. Termination of Agreement:

• The Convention reserves the right to terminate this agreement and expel any Exhibitor from the event for failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
• In the event of termination, no refunds or compensation will be provided to the Exhibitor.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Bahamas, and any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Bahamas.

By participating in GOM CON, Exhibitors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions outlined by the Convention.
